Shipping Policy

We partner with both Pack and Send* for all shipping deliveries within Australia, and DHL, their main courier for all international deliveries world-wide. Alternatively - orders can be picked up in person at any local Pack and Send outlet within Australia. (*Please see information below on how Pack and Send handle the packaging and delivery of your artworks).

Warranty – warranty of all artworks is included in the shipping price you see at checkout.

Please note – *The packaging for artworks is included in the sub-total you see when purchasing artworks online. Packaging for all artworks delivered within Australia is transported in a custom-fit cardboard box. Delivery is NOT included in this price, and is an additional cost shown in the shipping and delivery section. 

*To send our artworks Internationally, a custom-made box is necessary to protect the item in transit. This outer packaging is an additional cost which can be provided by us on request. Please contact us at art@artworksbylouisajane.com.au for a quote. All other packaging for international deliveries is included within the price seen at the sub-total checkout.

We can offer the complete package – climate-controlled transportation and storage, door-to-door delivery, documentation and warranty cover, timely tracking and notifications, and full assistance with customs clearance.

Our personalised services have garnered the appreciation and trust of clients ranging from world-renowned artists, (such as Australian artist, Ken Donne), galleries, museums, auction houses; to art and antique dealers, curators, and private collectors.

We professionally pack and ship more works of art and antique items than any other company in Australia. We are very conscious that there is no “standard” method of packing art and antiques, and the packing of each piece will be individually and carefully tailored to ensure maximum protection.

Can I track my order? Yes, you will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched. If you have any further queries, please email art@artworksbylouisajane.com.au with your order number and we will investigate.

Can I have my order sent to my work address? Yes, we would recommend this especially for high value orders to ensure there is someone to receive the delivery. We also deliver to PO boxes.

What if I've entered the incorrect delivery address? Please email art@artworksbylouisajane.com.au or call +61(0)403 652 177 as soon as possible to let us know.  If you have received an email from us stating that your order has shipped, then we are unable to change the address. We will not be responsible for any parcels returned to us as a result of incorrect delivery instructions. Such items will incur new delivery charges before being dispatched again.
